“So how many blogs will I be reading about this?” he asked

“Blogs!?” Both of us conjectured

Till now none of us hadn’t given any thought on writing about it yet, but now that  a mention had been made I was left wondering “Why not!?”

Well! Even if this small personal & private get-together wasn’t supposedly clandestine enough yet there appeared no obvious reasons to be make it public as well.. Everyday so many people meet each other & have get-togethers & each meeting is special & unique in its own way.. There wasn’t anything apparently extra-ordinary about our meeting.. so why write about it!? More so who would be interested in reading about it..

May be no one! May be everyone! Or may be a few ones at least.. but does it really matter if somebody reads about it or not.. “Not to me, at least” I would say..

Then why I am writing about it still?

 “For my own creative satisfaction & personal ex-pression.” I reason unabashedly but then wonder, “Can one blog glean within itself all that I want to share? Can one blog accommodate it all..  The clouded days, drizzling afternoons, the breezy evenings or moonlit night silhouetting the palm trees visible through the bedroom window.. Can a blog tell completely about that unassuming beauty who appeared much younger than she claims herself and that she appears much shorter too(than I had anticipated her to be).. Can one blog be sufficient to describe the wit of a guy who tests your nerves & patience while making you fall into his well laid traps & then leaving you wondering how could u fell into his trap, the guy who appears balder & more senile than I had thought him to be but has one of the most genuine & cordial smiles than I have ever seen…”

Well! the blog can describe the flashy Forum Mall where we searched each other twice through the same Mc Ds but  it can’t articulate the joy & the surprise gleaming in those beautiful eyes that saw me for the first time…the blog can enlist all that we stuffed ourselves with but would fall short in expressing the happiness of eating together for the first time.. The blog can portray the ambience of the Pizza Corner where we changed seats three times but then it can’t convey the warmth we felt in our hearts and all that transpired through those nutty pleasantries.. the blog can just tell when & what we did but can’t fully describe how we felt..

The engine roars.. the plane begins to move & gains speed.. the “Circle of Life” is playing in my ipod as the plane begins to take-off.. I close my eyes & feel the jitters as the plane swerves for a while.. the song gains its tempo and so does the aircraft & as it courses through the clouds, a plethora of events flashes in front of my eyes like the street lights that are visible through the clouds.. I prepare to return back from a city that I had longed to visit, from a city that turned out more beautiful than I had anticipated.. Can a blog contain it all.. not in its entirety.. not for the time being, I guess…
